It is not easy to join Law firms for new law graduates of first generation because it requires reference or recommendation from high profile advocate. Secondly mostly law firms in Delhi rejects on the ground of degree from CCS University or not previous exposer or experience. I think Law Clerk is better teacher than Professor of a Law College. Students and Professor should get training from a Law Clerk.

she is right , my friends who started litigation run around in court all day and the first year they were not even paid even after a year they were paid only 10k for some 10+ HOURS , but i joined a law firm 9-7 with 20k+ salary as a fresher.

In India we don’t have any law firm to fight in court for biggest scams happening in stock markets. Ratail investors lost lacs of crores in manipulation but no investigations. This is very unfortunate, its the biggest scope in India if some layer has a courage to fight the case in behalf of stock and mutual fund investors.

@@yashshah8452 Either you're in the top 5 NLUs (which tbh you have a remote chance of getting into if you don't come from a rich family that can afford to get you into a English medium private school or you're rich enough to get coaching) or you have family contacts. That's how you get in.
When you're out of law school you'll realise how things work lol. The dumbest and the shittiest students in my batch now work of Khaitan, Luthra and the like. Most of the good ones are still sulking away in a chamber somewhere, making 20k (sometimes even less) a month.
