Pennsylvania was way overrated. She had no muscle tone, was too skinny. Vermont was perfect! Indiana was great! Maine just didn’t have the personality to sparkle. New York was cute. Tennessee had a bruise on her left thigh if you look closely. Ohio was great and should have rated higher. Connecticut was ok. Oregon had a mannish face but she seemed nice. Georgia was a pageant Patty. South Carolina should have rated higher. She was lovely but not in the same league as Vermont. Hawaii was outstanding too!
Pennsylvania and South Carolina the standouts for me. HI, IN, VT rated very good to above average. NY, GA, OH, CT average. ME, OR, and TN rated below average to poor.
My swimsuit scores New York- 8.7 ,Georgia -9.7, South Carolina- 9.3, Indiana- 9.3, Ohio- 9.6, Oregon- 9.2, Tennessee - 8.7, Connecticut- 8.6, Hawaii- 9.8, Vermont- 9.9, Maine- 8.5, Pennsylvania - 7.8
