Pakistan should bring in youngsters in to the team. The entire coaching staff should be removed. Babar should be replaced as captain. This country has produced one of the best fast bowlers and batsmen in the world. There is no need of foreign coaches for batting and bowling. They require a fielding coach, trainer cum physio and mental conditioning coach from abroad. They should bring in misbah, and wasim akram as coaches. Wasim akram should be made fast bowling coach and mentor to the fast bowlers. Pakistan should have separate teams for tests, one dayers and t-20s. PCB should pay misbah and Wasim akram the same salary they pay Mickey Arthur and the coaching team.

Bowling was never Pak's strength in this world cup, The only way they could win this world cup, was to outplay the opponents with their batting. and Pakistan never understood their strength during the whole tournament. Pakistan were out of the semi's when Afg chased 282/2. farq sirf itna hai ke hamein aj jakar pata chala. Shaheen Afridi was not fit for this world cup, he is bowling in 120's pace.

What is the timings of this show?
Its very clear to see that Imad is very smart and a better captaincy material than Babar. Also, all three players have a lot of respect for Sarfraz but not for Babar as the captain. That kind of explains why Imad & Amir are not in the team. Looking at Shadab and Nawaz's performance in the Asia Cup and World Cup, I would probably rate Imad ahead of them.
