That's a really good question. There's not a tool that I know of right now that will do that automatically. However, you can make your own clips with Minvo, so you could select the full transcript, then delete out the parts of the transcript you don't want. That would leave you with the video highlights only.
I personally agree with that. I think opus will do ai generated broll, but it takes a long time and I haven't had much luck with it. I haven't been a huge fan of most tools like these and how they handle b roll. But What's nice with Minvo is after the broll is inserted with AI, it's super easy and quick to change, move, or remove anything you don't like

which app/site creates a mashup trailer from your youtube vid? If this doesnt exist - surely there's a niche in the market for this?

Minvo does social scheduling as well.. have you had issues with that feature on Minvo?
