I love how you are so in to this. I am the same. Currently, I am starting a separate binder called the God Files. Everything that I learn about God. I put there.
The vellum is from Creative Devotion and the paper pad is called Faith by Simple Stories.
I was going to mention the same thing about the vellum. I've almost bought some so many times! Lol

I like your organization I just bought a bag God told me to organize 😀 I have my bible in a bible case but it wont fit in my bag unless I take it out of the bible case. So I have to carry it separately. I want to be more organized thank you so much for showing your beautiful set up. God bless you
I love this. A voice activated recorder would be nice for notes. A separate one from your phone. Personally I put my notes in a binder.
I like telescopic pencil cases bcuz they stand up so I can see the colors of everything and I don't have to dig or try put my writing utensils in a little pen loop. They look like they don't hold much but I have all 25 mildliner highlighters and three micron pens in one case. Just search telescopic pencil case on Amazon or wish.

Can I ask where you got introduced to bible study/journaling and these sorts of spiritual practice? It seems to be "a thing" in the US whereas I'm not really sure how folks in Germany approach their bible reading... do you learn about this in local communities, school, internet? That would be so interesting for me to hear since I never got introduced to these practices.
That's a great question! There have always been different Bible study methods that have circulated for years and passed around within churches through teachers and books and online. As far as popular art Bible journaling as we know it today, I read that it started with Shanna Noel and her blog Illustrated Faith in 2014 and it become very popular pretty quickly and now it definitely is a thing.
My methods of Bible study I suppose come from what I've picked up over the years in church and online.

I absolutely loved that you do your journaling/notes/decorating on a different notebook, instead of on your Bible. Have been noticing that a lot of people paint, tape, write on top of the words of the Bible and after they do that the Bible is not readable anymore. Is sad that they do that and practically use the pages of a Bible as a type of coloring or paintings on material. Specially when they cover the words of their Bible. Lovely notes or decoration on the margins are perfectly ok, but when is not readable anymore is sad on one side and disrespectful in my opinion. Blessings to you!
