@Aleta Israel it is best to hire a registered licenced security company with 4-6 men, with official jeep or car, rotating duties 24hr to do the job of security on all the estates on yearly contract basis. If there is any incindent, you as ceo has nothing to do with it. The security company rights the reports and deals with the authorities. Gun law is very tricky and you have to go strictly official on this. With 30 to 40 workers alone is a big security issue let alone the vast acres of property they are working on. One man alone can never be able to do that service. Of course you can create a security budget which your cleint will pay monthly. Even after their properties are handed out to them, the security team will remain. Greetings from Germany.
