When I was a kid, (70s to Early 80's) Sonny would do things to restrain himself from eating Cocoa Puffs. But some kid would put a spoonful in his mouth and he'd say, "Crunchy... Munchy... Chocolatey.... and then explode into a Cocoa Puffs frenzy." We couldn't help notice that Sonny just wanted to escape from the cereal and the Trix Rabbit was trying to get it. Why didn't they just trade jobs?

So I had a CZcams channel a while back, and I did a video called give the poor rabbit some trix. I deleted it now, but I feel bad for the rabbit. Just one! he’s sick of chasing his rabbit tail.
I feel bad for both the Trix Rabbit and Sonny. One can't escape it, one can't have it.

Very underrated cereal. My favorite cereal is count chocula, so when its not Halloween season I eat a lot of this.

Those "cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs" commercials were hilarious. In retrospect, they were all too honest. All that sugar would lead to a massive sugar rush. Sonny didn't seem that healthy - he was hopped up like Beanie Baby prices in the mid/late 1990s.

The cocoa puffs I eat in the 70's are no the same as today. Todays Cocoa puff have this weird candy coating on them that was not present before the 1980's.
I think remember they had an ad in the 2010's with Gramps or someone like him I think they were in a courthouse or something like that

I’m eating Cocoa Puffs for the first time in like a decade. The texture is totally different from what I remember, and sucks! It’s slimy once the milk hits it :/ I miss the porous puffs!

I have the same exact box of Sonny from 1960 the new bird gramps came out. I crush them up to make cookies and porridge and stuff like that cakes and donuts except that box is from 2017. There are retro T-shirt giveaways here's a shirt of cocoa puffs and they have Cheerios box vintage cinnamon toast crunch box vintage honey nut Cheerios box vintage and Lucky charms box vintage I have a lucky charms mixed marshmallows I had the vintage pack of cinnamon toast crunch but it got thrown away because I ate all the cereal I was about to save it for a craft with Angelina but no It got thrown away and it's already at the dumpster

Hi Gabe! I love your videos. Just wanted to see if you know what is happening with Cocoa Puffs. Just bought a new box yesterday and they are about 3 times smaller, less chocolaty, and become soggy almost immediately. I bought a second box today from a different store and it seems like anything that expires in 2021 is the new size. Can you give me your thoughts on this? What's happening? I see no mention of this from General Mills. Thanks for your help!
I’m not a huge chocolate cereal fan, so I never buy Cocoa Puffs. I’ll have to check them out next time I go to the store
