This EP is about longing or yearning for someone that have left you behind, yes "you know" they're not there anymore but that couldnt stop you from wishing that they're with you again which in the context of Adele (Eyja) makes me a little sad.
Tldr: Eyja missed Her loved ones but She will try to be strong in life.
Specifically her folks in this case. Words can't begin to describe the heart-ache I feel when I think about my own folks when I'm listening to this song

I just noticed after someone from the JP comment section pointed it out that the word "you" is repeated twice very often in the lyrics.
From that, they suggest that the reason for it was to indicate that Adele was talking to both her parents in the song. If this were true, then its a nice Easter egg left by the songwriter about Eyja's lore.
