The statement I wanted to make was partly that I find it ridiculous that a woman can show half her breast and that it just fine, but as soon as a nipple is shown she is a slut. That is why my friend and I taped crosses over our nipples, to show how today's society views the matter. Just so you know.
Hi Erika. Thanks for the reply. I was unaware that women were labelled "sluts" if they showed their breasts in public. As far as I know, women generally don't show their breasts in public. And they don't show their breasts because they don't want to. It's not as if there's a big demand of women desperate to be able to bare their breasts in public, is there? I can assure you that almost every heterosexual man would welcome such a change in culture! Do you really want to free the nipple? Would you happily walk down the high street on a hot summer's day, completely topless, like some men do? I imagine not. Well, you might do, but I'm pretty sure the vast majority of women would not. This is why I find it confusing. You seem to be fighting for something you have no intention of ever actually following through with.
