Here, the singer is in love with some guy, and views the person the song is adressed to as an enemy (despite their relationship not being very clear), but some of the lyrics suggests that the singer is more obsessed with the person the song is adressed than the guy they're supposedly doing it all for

I love how dark and cynical the lyrics are compared to how bright and vibrant the instrumental is. It paints the picture of the character being happy or excited to make the other disappear
The Angler Fish usage is really neat symbolism. An Angler Fish appears nice and warm, perhaps even welcoming, to other fish, but in reality is a violent and unrelenting threat that is a master of fooling others. Kind of similar to how the character in the song uses their nice and warm demeanor to fool others and threaten the livelihood of those who stand in their way,
On an unrelated note, it's intriguing that both of the extremely psychotic and crazed songs feature a purple-colored character.

@@theluckygamer10 TL;DR: the fish in the video are symbolic! Back in Circus Hop, there were clownfish (because circuses and clowns) and in this video, there are anglerfish. Anglerfish lure in smaller fish with their light, and the character in the song is similarly manipulative.
Circus Hop also had those other weird looking fish. Someone else on that video pointed out that those were probably representation of the pointing fingers.

That concept alone makes this song really unique and really enjoyable. And I am able to use the song majorly when writing the main protagonist of one of my stories, a character who is resurected as a new person entirely, but is haunted by his toxic and manipulative old self who is exactly like you described, wants to be with someone who isn't even interested in them but is willing to ruin the life of the person they are with.

Ive been listening to your songs on youtube music for a while now, and as such I never knew there were animations to go along with them, and WOW the animations bring so much more life to your songs they fell completely different compared to only the audio.
To add to this I feel like the animations also make you think about the lyrics more, and as such the disparity between the lyrics and the upbeat tone of the song makes it really unique.

The fish theme in these si ga always interests me. Normally their all generic fish. Now their Anglers. A fish that uses a light to lure in prey and eats them.
Now, this could imply the person using promises of interest or even lies as they describe in the song to lead others in to a false example, only to be gobbled up out of nowhere, like how the lies they tell could lead to a breakup in an instant (or a week in dating times, I wouldn't know)

I’m enjoying the fish symbolism in some of your videos, like this and Circus Hop. The angler fish fits this video perfectly. At first, the light is beautiful and alluring, but if you see past it you’ll find a dangerous enemy, ready to snap you into pieces. In Circus Hop, we see the Unicorn fish, whose silhouette looks like a pointing finger at first, directing attention to the “clown.”

I swear all your songs are absolute jams. Not to mention that they all are visually distinct and full of interesting and creative visuals. I always love seeing when new stuff comes out. It's a shame I chose not to watch it immediately when I saw it arrive in my feed.

I am absolutely in love with this song as an aspiring musician because I've always had the idea of trying to create a song with a 7 beat melody instead of landing back at 8 and every time I try it feels rushed and doesn't feel right but making it jazz style really really works so I guess I just wasn't trying the right approach thank you! The song is top-notch btw.

Of all of your songs that I've listened to after being introduced to them recently, this one is my favorite by far. Which is hard to say, because they're all so great. But this one is just a song that I keep finding myself drawn back to again and again. Maybe it's because it reminds me of the Villainess archetype in anime, and I love me a Villainess anime.
This song has quickly become one of my absolute favorites. The melody and beat are catchy, I love electro swing, the lyrics reminds me a bit of how I used to be and the music video is absolutely stunning. It was the first song that I´ve heard from you, but it will definitely not be my last!

but this is if a lil simple and "cheesy" (not really) pretty amazing.
This reminds me of the music I listened to as a child of 12 to 13, simple yet unnerving.
Nice catchy instrumentals sprinkled with effective lyrics on top, making a nice thematic experience.
This will be music that a lot of people may be very nostalgic for in the future.
