Very nice run! For 0:38 I suggest you don't perfect dodge the purple pool tho. Just run to the side, prepare an unbound and dodge the shockwave into a scourge followed by the flurry and god might combo finisher. You should be able to get a link attack but dont use it right away. Instead, do a full lunge combo to build some gauge and then link attack at the last frame. if you have another skill ready, then you can use it before the overdrive explosion together with its combo finisher. This way, once you dodge the overdrive explosion, you can do your lunge finisher to go into dragon form. it's just so much better to have dragon ready for that mess instead of running around avoiding the meteors. It will also help a bit with the alignment of dragon form for scourge later in the fight minimizing your dependence on moveset rng. I got a 4:02 earlier today but I'm very confident Id can do safe sub 4 if we get lucky with the moveset towards the end!
but did you get your 4:02 run without damage though? Because if he has dragon ready around the meteor phase and he is aiming for no dmg run will dragon form prevent him from getting damaged? I'm just curios
Nice advice. I doubt I'll revisit this fight, but if you can post a sub 4 hitless run that would be very impressive.
@@SanctusG hitless run is complicated. Right now I rely on dying as dragon after a scourge to go back human to pop dragon again for another scourge lol

why don't you extend godmight with ragnarok form after the combo finisher
Scourge in dragon form hits big bosses like this many times and is required to push past damage phases. Building up to Godmight in the beginning is too slow, and later on is not efficient.

why aren't you the type of ID I get in my public lobbieS? Because 99% of the ID players have some garbage tank build going on and do no damage and have brain rot.

I’ll give public players benefit of the doubt tbh. You can build for insane damage and have a great set up, but the moment you get in Quickplay you’re getting nerfed so bad you’re outdps’d by level 40’s and 50’s with a level 100 endgame build because you’re scaled to the quest, and you’re getting one tapped if you make a singular mistake.
I just wish it had a room system so that I could join people’s room and quest with them instead of being forced to use Quickplay and getting nerfed Bloodborne style.
@@saikatsune2085??? There is... you go to the quest. Choose open instead if closed. If in proud, no wuickplay. If not in proud, youre not optimized and shouldnt give a shit anyway.

I may very well be extremely unlucky then. I only occasionally seem to find anyone when I queue from a quest, even during times where you would expect more people to be active. It’s kind of why I was hoping we could have open lobbies you could physically see like in Monster Hunter.
