In contact sport, even in the small dojos, from the white belt, one of the first lessons in sparring to assimilate is never to show your opponent your pain and fear. The good kid Ciryl has just taken off his pants here by clearly showing that the pain of this sparring is still mental and that the power of Ngannou scared him to the point of running away from him in this sparring. the sparring of this time between these two fighters, featured a Francis already known for his power and a Ciryl unknown to the general public who wanted to measure himself against this Francis in full rise in power. At this stage you do everything to be up to it, even show your teeth longer in this sparring which is also filmed, but you can't run away and then show bits or clips of video to the world to communicate and then saying ''you hurt me'' like that. it's not serious, it's not intelligent, it's not professional. During the fight Ngannou will come neither for sparring nor to retain his power. that's for sure. Between us Ciryl looked like a tramp in front of Francis' dress style and he made a spot in the picture in the middle of the other fighters.
