Yeah this build is really fun to play, if you need damage then its ok to forsake heartsteel first item for demonic so you actually do damage, unlike most normal tanks, fizz actually has the mobility to easily collect heartsteel stacks

This is a low elo bronze game, nothing they do makes any sense. The better question is what the fuck is Zwag doing in this elo. Why isn't he doing this build in Diamond 2 where he belongs?

They really need to make diminishing returns for cc. If a target already has a cc, then any subsequent cc has less effect, cumulative. They only CC that should not have a diminished effect is from the caster whose cc hit first.
Quick answer: That the use of tenacity stat. Yet he don't have any rune or object with tenacity in this build and worst as he says Orn W increase a lot the time of each CC (don't remember if Orn W just reduce the tenacity stat or just add a flat time value to breaked enemies).
Cleanse and mercury sadge can further increase CC resistance a few seconds.
Annnnd Full atk speed braum is also unfair for the opponents.
I would like for you to play full atk speed braum by the way.

@@franioo7405 The only difference is that Fizz can activate his W where Teemo can't activate his E. But that shouldn't make all of Fizz autos apply spell effects.

just looked yesterday, rek'sai is least picked aram champ still. and the aram only ashe nerf put her at 41% winrate, worst in the game. i still can't believe they made her W 15 seconds at all ranks. mind blowing. they didn't nerf her W, they made it unplayable. from 4 seconds (without haste) to 15. what on earth were they thinking
