Serena what’s your favorite red lipsticks where it doesn’t go too clowny/geisha? I just can’t do Mattes since my lips are always dry. Do you have any recommendations for a creamy red? I’d love to know a few of your favs. I’ve always wanted to do red but it looks so drastic on me

my favorite reds are matte because mattes usually feel more secure/long lasting which I prefer for bright colors. But I love besame for creamy bold reds that still last really well! I find that cooler reds flatter my tones and this helps to avoid feeling clowny or like it doesnt fit on my face. For not quite a red but approaching it, I love bobbi brown's crushed lipstick in cranberry and would highly recommend that formula.
