That guy works for the car company that had sold a car with a similar no. plate to a female customer, & she had complained to his company that she didn't know why she had received some summons related to the car. When that guy saw that car with the cloned same no. plate on the road, he followed that car to block it.
He convinced the other drivers that the Mitsubishi owner must’ve done something illegal. And they were being good Singaporeans and wanted him arrested.

The civilian in the video is a car dealer and he sold a car to a customer, then customer said he/she was receiving letters for parking fines and unpaid petrol. Then one day the car dealer saw the car with the duplicated plates and tailed the driver till police arrived.
Other drivers should be commended for their actions. Using their vehicles to trap the suspect car. But now two kenna hit... who is paying them?
