    Nice looking tool. Might get one when I get a good coupon.

      I really like the one I have. HF's got a 10% (20% Inside Track) coupon right now through July 7th for a single tool.

      If your location is like here. they are never in stock long enough to apply a coupon.

    One tool you missed!!! On the end of the saw blade is a small notch which can be used as a fish hook remover!

    Looks promising. Ultimately, time will tell how good it is. Looks like some improvements over the original Leatherman and the Ozark Trail copy.
    Harbor Freight should add a Cork screw feature and Lanyard Loop Ring.

    Nice! But ... I guess we all need one with a GPS locator/tracker!

    I use a SOG, they get extra leverage with these doohickeys, remove nails and whatnot from my truck tires a lot (18 wheeler)

    I bought one of these last week and the plain knife blade is so tight there's no way it can be opened one handed. Do you think if I loosened the screw just a hair, that it would be easier to open? If so, what size torx is that? Thanks for any help with this 🙂

    I've always been very partial to the Gerber brand of multi tools, at least for the past 45 years.

      This is not Gerber in case you miss took it took it for that.
      I do agree, Gerber makes some good knives.

      @walter2990 Před 2 měsíci +1

      @randysmith9636 Yep, I knew that it wasn't a Gerber, but a "chinesium" knockoff.

      I've been buying Gerber tools since I was young too! Always had good luck with them! My first Leatherman was the Flair! It had a tiny fork built into it! And sadly, just like my last Leatherman, I lost it. 😂

      @1D10CRACY Perhaps it's time to join us old fellers, and wear it in a small holster on your belt.😆

    Too close to the price of a leather man from Costco

    • @1D10CRACY
      @1D10CRACY  Před 2 měsíci +6

      If you are looking at all multi-tools like they are the same, yes the price is close. The Costco one is 44 bucks, it's the Leatherman's REV model. Not a bad deal for sure! But this is almost an exact clone of the Leatherman Wave, normally $120.00. The price is outstanding, the real question is the durability. I guess time will tell.

    mines broke around the pliers in 3 weeks use of me taking it to work and i’ve seen other videos of them breaking in the same spot so i believe the pliers aren’t that good maybe lite stuff but as far as everyday work tool not at all ! rather use a Gerber or i’ve heard Sog is good as well i might pick one up and test that next but leatherman are pretty superior but that price point t sucks .
