Another great video ! Nice work Paul
Appreciate that!
I want to thank you for the wonderful and entertaining videos that you have posted about living in Michigan. You were very helpful and instrumental while I was in the housing market.
It was through your videos (and one other significant persons videos) that I was able to understand some important aspects about the home buying process. The 2021 housing market was very tough and tougher for a V.A. buyer. Your videos helped me to understand how to navigate in that difficult market. One of the most important things that I learned in your videos is how Proposition A works.
I was able to ensure that my estimated escrow was closer to what the uncapped property taxes would be and avoid having a significant house note increase from underestimated property taxes in my closing disclosure. I think that your videos provide a wonderful and entertaining public service to prospective homebuyers.
Great video! When I need a realtor, you are getting a call.
Thank you again
Have a wonderful one
Gwen Stefani's aunt & uncle live in Orchard lake. I helped interview her aunt for a friend's documentary. Oh, and of course Bob Seger lives there also.
These are lakes, not small towns.
@garymartin1045 technically, Orchard Lake is a village (not a town) that surrounds the lake called Orchard Lake.
You are making me want to move to MI, which makes no sense since it looks a lot like my section of PA. Keep up the shows! Very entertaining.
Just found your channel and love it! What would you think about doing some country ish towns in Michigan less than an hour away from Detroit? I just moved from New Boston a small town with not much around to Carleton which has a lot to offer. Now I grew up in Canton, lived in Livonia and find that Carleton is the best placed that I've lived in yet in Michigan.
Thank you! The goal is to make content about areas all over Michigan but I want to make sure I have agents in those areas that can help people buy and sell first.
New to your channel, looking for a vlog about dearborn michigan 🤗
It's Islam Central.
I bet the Realtors in these towns Love you!!
Paul, my family is going to need to move to MI Spring '22. We currently own a condo in Denver, CO. These are great videos - thank you!!
Awesome!! Any idea where? Can definitely help 😃
@@PaulWolfert I'd be moving home to care for family. They live in Novi/Northville so somewhere close - but not too close!
@@blakeharmer2558 perfect!! Send me an email when you have a chance. paul@movingmi.com
“What you just call me” 🤣🤣🤣
😆😆😆👨🌾
My brother lives in Orchard Lake Village, i can vouch that it is amazing!
It's such a great area!
i grew up in waterford, in the cresent lake neighborhood. it was heaven.
Great area!
Hi Paul. We are big fans of you. In my family, we consider you an internet celebrity :-) The Kardashian of the real estate in MI. Would you already have a video about Troy? I told my future me that you are already my agent.
Thanks for watching!! Really appreciate it 😃Speaking to future you is a good plan! 😁 - I'll definitely make my way over to the Troy area this year
I see you have covered Canton and Northville in your videos. When are you going to cover Plymouth?

Eastside Detroit...more than enough water 💧 👌
And crime
Can you please do onebnb on the Rochester / RHills area? I'm interested in moving there and want to know more (not just driving or walking through it like on other YT channels). Thanks in advance.
I plan on making videos about the East Side this year - when are you thinking about moving? Send an email my way Paul@movingmi.com
I have been everywhere around Michigan
And where do you like it best?
Novi, Brighton
Would Grosse Ile count? It’s surrounded by Lake Erie and is home to large and expensive homes.
Population of Grossed Ile is over 10k 😮
Michigan. We have two seasons winter and the Fourth of July. Our roads suck. Don't be swayed by that low crime thing. There's plenty of it and it isn't confined to any city. And lastly we have the Lions.
That's a bunch of crap, I have my own business and seen lots of homes for sale in Bingham farms, the market might be manipulated somehow by Realtors, however there are multiple homes for sale / people willing to do land contracts in Bingham farms. Cut out the Realtors and cut out the banks!
What do you know about Imlay city
A bit out of my zone but definitely a cool area!
Grew up on wolverine lake lol. On laguna dr. Glengary and benstein is the only cross road in the real village.
Note while I was growing up there was a major drug issue. Wolverine lake is actually considered the poor neighborhood in the area. I graduated 2010 so don't know how mch of that changed. My grandmother home was on the lake and was a cottage 1958 was bought. she raised 8 kids there. Her home after her passing was sold for 1.m. it was for the land and that was it. Her home was the only cottage still on the lake without renovation.
You need to do a video on Franklin
Agreed! It'll happen.
@@PaulWolfert awesome
Can’t wait! Thank you bud
My husband is a dispatcher and they share a department with Franklin they take calls for them. A lady once called to see if the officer could get cookies out of the oven while she took a shower.... they did it.
If you want a list of famous in Franklin. The illtches' all of the family live in franklin, the quick in loans guy, 5 hour energy crator, micky redman and meny more. You will be pulled over driving through because they know all residents Vehicles by description.
That's amazing!!
The 5 hour energy guy actually lives in Farmington Hills, not far from me 😃
@@PaulWolfert hubby dispatches and fireman for farmington hills small world.
@@mariahspain7799 I drive through all the time going to work, they do not pull you over.
My favorite road intersection in Commerce Township Michigan is located at Commerce and Commerce.
😂 that's the best one!
@@PaulWolfert I got lost at that intersection and called my friend for help getting to his house.
If you did not know where North was that would be a big problem.
Yeah ..
It makes zero sense ..
Your videos are so much fun. But most of the real estate your talking about is in the far north suburbs. There is much more to Detroit then what is shown here.
Tim Allen Beverly Hills
Have to move for work. My place of work is in Toledo Ohio I would very much prefer not to live in Ohio again. I want to live in Dearborn but I know the commute is 55 minutes. Not too bad but if I have to run back to work that’d make it 4 hours drive in one day. Do you have recommendations of trendy full of businesses etc places to live. Tbh I don’t mind the drive too much
Bias to Oakland County!
Stop Screaming!
How about Midland???
Midland is great but nowhere near metro Detroit
@@PaulWolfert i was considering a move from minnesota i live in eagan mn , about 10 minutes away from st paul downtown and 25 from Minneapolis... midland sounded atractive for the mid century homes at affordable price
If people have two brain cells to rub together they wouldn't need a real estate agent. Cut out the middleman and save a lot of money. 😎👍
I also used to live in commerce michigan, that place is so crowded it will take you forever to get home from work! There are so many lakes all over the place there's no way to take shortcuts anywhere. Good job by overpopulating another beautiful area full of people with no commonality/too much diversity in a place like this is not always great.
If you like being stuck in constant traffic jams and ignorant drivers, orchard lake is the perfect place for you! Not to mention the police desperately attempting to fill their quotas whom are picky and will pull you over for the most minute things possible. The sun is very beautiful until you get too close to it! Lol! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I grew up in Clarkston Michigan in Oakland county from 1983 to 2006. It used to be a beautiful place where everyone knew each other, then it became a disgusting cesspool of a bunch of strangers with no commonality. You can only have so many ants on a honeycomb until there is no more honey. You can have the most beautiful town to live in, however if you tell everyone to move there it becomes a overcrowded cesspool. It literally ruins the beauty that once was. At least somebody can stuff money in their pockets by using a popular name on the map. When people bring their kids from the ghettos to a place like Clarkston they bring all their shit with them and it spreads.
explain "commonality".in a direct manner
