- Here is the much anticipated 51 lap Southern Street Stock National Feature from Whynot Motorsports Park. They started 3 wide, the track was wide and racy, and throughout the night the show got heated and tempers flared.
No roof and offset chassis with rear steer? Not stock on any street car I know of.
No roof is by choice for 500$ more. Monte Carlo chassis or nesmith production chassis as well as a few that have a Camaro front clip with a Monte rear clip. They are called nesmith street stocks but a lot of places call them super streets. You can look up the rules under crate racing USA street stock to see what makes them a “street stock”
How the phuq are these street stocks?
I know David showers me and him are friend he races a late model at all the all-tech Raceway
The 56 driver probably had to have armed escort to get out of the track.
At least the track officials did the right thing and DQ'ed the purple #56 car.
He should receive a suspension for that BS, that's a lot of guys hard work and money he just wasted.

The 56 is to blame entirely.
The announcer “Chet” has the perfect voice for race announcing. Is he a regular announcer at Whynot? Edit, just figured out it was Chet Christner, who announces all over the country. He is fantastic.
Which one is he cause there's one announcer that is good and the other sounds about half dead and about puts you to sleep.
Luis Moran Chet Christner is the announcer that sounds like he is meant for the job.
I caught his name towards the en. The other guys almost puts you to sleep.
Leeray didn't get in hot he got ran over
He was being pushed all the way into the corner.
Man I miss going to these races, as someone who lives and grew up in Meridian and specifically in the Southeast area (southeast being the school district Whynot is in). I went to these races literally every weekend and I sure miss it. Me and the boys and girls had and made some great memories here and especially when my boy was racing. I gotta get my ass out there one weekend when I’m finally off cause I miss these races tbh. Though I will say that when I was growing up the Queen City racetrack was more fun to me, but that’s just my opinion.
Could of saved it if the 56 would of lifted just a tad to let the 7 get straightened back out but instead he keep pushing him sideways. Stupid driving and alot of torn up race cars cause of his driving.

Everywhere I go it seems that the street stocks put on the best races. Aside from a few stupid moves that caused a few needless cautions....this was a good race, well filmed too. Wondering what the purse was for this race. Thanks for sharing.

Fantastic race until the black 56 decided to wipe out the field for no reason.
I followed a car to this track in 92.....
Not too many cars. Plenty of room on that track. 20 minute time limit but the 20 minutes does not include red flags and the 20 minutes does not include slow judges (if that is the case). I was at Eagle Raceway a few years ago.... 180 cars (including a 'B' in sprints & sport compacts and a 'C' in limited mods & hobbies)... started at 7pm, over at 10:05pm. Make those drivers know there is a time limit and stick to it. On the other hand, I've been to tracks that have 40 cars and take 6 hours to run the show.... no joke!
Bet the 56 car wasn't very popular in the pits after that race lol

Black 56 turning the leader on the restart. Like let off for a minute buds. Alot of good cars torn up for nothing.
@@chevy358ci He hooked the 7 and then lifted and got shoved back into him, you can see the car come off the bars right before everyone stacked up. Yeah he started it, but it looked more like a racing deal trying to time the restart
Na it started a big brawl in the infield huge fight broke out prolly around uh and 40 people that's why there wasnt anyone in the infield after they told us to leave

Yeah but there was no reason for them to attack him in his car and if you don’t know what I’m talking about they started punching him in his car I was in the pits and that was wrong they should have been ballzy enough to wait and then there crew and few other peoples crew got to it in the pits where the cars enter I have the video!

This race went entirely to long, over 2 hours to get it in! I thought it would never end!!

When you finish with so few cars, that's when you know, you have too many cars to start the feature !
