There is an elderly lady in our area who got scammed by her medical aide that was supposed to be helping her. The aide stole the elderly lady's money and bought a house with it, and tried to finance a car as well. The elderly lady suspected that there was something weird going on and contacted her lawyer. The aide got arrested and the judge recently said that the house that the aide bought with the elderly lady's money, is now the property of the elderly lady. So now she can sell the house and cut her losses.

Poor guy but his family abandoned him and then expected to use up his money is insane. Picture not talking to this man for all this time because no way. The family was even remotely active in his life wouldn’t of stopped this.
Isn't it also strange how the family felt like they were entitled to his money and belongings after he passed? The family knew enough that he was wealthy, but it seems that they also might've given him reasons not to trust them?
I believe this was filmed when Bart was doing his cut diet in preparation for his first body building competition. They have since said he was cutting so many calories that he was having low energy and difficulty focusing.
