This is such a great song, written by Roger Taylor for the Queen Soundtrack for the movie Highlander. Live this is outstanding. The bassline is so strong and John is having fun dancing around. Roger's backing vocals are powerful.
The Magic tour was a European concert tour in 1986,to support their latest album A Kind Of Magic, the tour featured 26 shows across Western Europe, and a concert in Hungry, the tour came to an end in United Kingdom 🇬🇧 at Wembley Stadium, around 72, thousand in the crowd,I actually attended the 1986 Wembley Stadium concert, then the band decided to have a a extra concert at Knebworth Park UK 🇬🇧 the same year 1986, the crowd at Knebworth was estimated to be over 140 thousand people, also the back up bands were Status Ouo and Big Country, i was so pleased to attend the Knebworth concert as this was Freddie Mercury very last live concert ever, so this concert was so special for me! Great reaction thanks 🙏
I had never watched Highlander before. My brothers of course did. I don't like that kind of movie. But when I discovered Queen in 2020, I just had to watch it. I liked it.
Thank you for doing this, especially the Wembley version of the song. This whole concert was great, IMO. I would suggest the version of Radio GaGa or Crazy Little Thing Called Love from Wembley 1986 (this concert). The video's are good but Queen live is better, IMO. Thanks again.
Absolutely love your enthusiasm for Queens music. The song " Cool Cat " is a lot of fun and you'll never believe that it's Freddie singing it. This one song is all Freddie and John Deacon and this one is very different. I don't think there's a live version of "Cool Cat." 👑🌈💙
Queen is an unbelievable band the incredible talent that each member possess really is almost unbelievable. That being said it is really hard to take your eyes off of Freddie. HE draws you in its almost hypnotic. R.I.P FREDDIE WE MISS YOU
Thanks, mann! I remember hearing the album version of this, and thinking "meh".. but only when seeing it LIVE could I truly appreciate the song! I also appreciate your reaction... (p.s. another song written for movie "Highlander".. this time by Roger...)
1986 Wembley concert was brilliant. Opening song next ? ( One Vision) that was dedicated to Martin Luther King. And you get to see the stage setup for this 2-day concert. Thank you for your reaction X
HEY HON… It was mentioned you should react to: “COOL CAT” …Yes please!! FYI, there’s no video from Queen official to go with the song (just a B&W lyric video) and no live performance. BUT… there are a couple of AWESOME music videos made by individuals. SUGGESTION: Could you PLEASE use the music video - it uses footage of Queen’s visit “behind the iron curtain” to Budapest - that is posted on this channel (I think it w/b at the top of the YT search algorithm, anyway)… theboyboomermusic
This was his LAST!! Only he knew it would be his last live show 😢 At this point, he knew, but the rest of the band didnt. He leaves it ALL on the stage!!! 2 hours

The tweaked version!
Freddie changed it when Roger was on holiday adding the bass line..

Freddie himself was a kind of magic, walking on earth ❤
I always wonder how many people, besides me, watched “Highlander” only because of Queen. 👑
Whats highlander?
@@LilmannReacts A movie from 1986. Queen wrote the soundtrack.
@@LilmannReacts They also wrote the soundtrack for "Flash Gordon" in 1980. 🎶"FLASH! Ah aaaAH"🎶
I did!!

This is best queen concert....ever...
I watch this concert everyday no joke . Freddie is like a therapist for me xx ❤️❤️

This is my favorite performance of this song. Just fantastic ❤❤
Freddie and Queen were the best!
The greatest group ever love Queen Freddie Brain Rodger and John Queen forever ❤❤❤❤️
The entire Wembley concert was fire 🔥🔥 If you want a real banger try Tie Your Mother Down or Tear It Up❤️👑🤟

You’re right, there’s no live version.🖖
Its been released as a single forecord store day

Love Brian Mays solo on this.
Another 10 😂😂😂 TY for a great reaction. The True Fab Four 🤗👑 💛
Thank you too!

Queen is Magic ❤❤❤❤❤
This is whole concert is amazing!
The magic was on stage.
(The Friday performance is better… but it’s nice to see this Saturday one, too!)😄
I like this better with more camera angles of John and that driving bass❤Love this song and all 4 geniuses❤RIP Freddie❤

Both of these concerts are great .
Saw them on the last UK date of this tour at Knebworth Park in 1986, their last ever live show in the UK. Awesome experience

Check out Freddies vocal improv from same concert! July 11th is a teeny bit better than the 12th
The inflatable which floated off was the Freddie one, typical!!!! He never could be still 😂😂😂😂
Fantastic!!!
Glad you like it!
Love your reactions!
Glad you like them!
Might as well finish the Highlander trilogy with One Year of Love.
Please react, Queen, Play the Game, live version. Kisses from Portugal. Ana
This was his LAST!! Only he knew it would be his last live show 😢 At this point, he knew, but the rest of the band didnt. He leaves it ALL on the stage!!! 2 hours
This was Queen’s last tour but Knebworth, about a month later, was the last show.
Queen’s last live concert performance with Freddie was after this Wembley concert. It was at Knebworth on Aug 9, 1986. So sad that it wasn’t filmed!
So good but go listen to Adam Lambert singing this one- it’s a 12 out of 10 with Adam!
Listen to queen who wants to live for ever then watch the film Highlander it all makes sense
John was keeping the beat up. Without him the song would have been so different.
It was!
Rogers version for the film is heavier
Freddie tweaked it when he was on holiday!
Including adding bass
I was 6 x
I would love if you changed your beginning music
That is my actual music😏🙏
😂
