I have been on a journey on my skin care for 5 years and discovered some things that really help my skin appear great:
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Apply fresh Aloe Vera gel on your skin before bed.
3. Wash your face with normal water and use litllextra riiceberry face wash wich contains black rice water and use it 2 times a day.
4. Drink bitter gourd and Loki juice to cleanse the body.
5. Lastly, stay happy! Your skin appears better when you are happy inside.
I really liked that it did not remove my skin of its natural oils. My skin felt pretty hydrated even after a 3-4 minute wash with rice berry facewash.
