Hello can you explain me the correct installation of Fresnel lens... On led how i should keep Fresnel lens..as it have some rings on one side and other side is plain and same how to put 2nd Fresnel lens in lcd?.i want to know facing of rings of both Fresnel lens.... Thanks
that ring side should be inwards and the one with low focal length is on the led side and high focal length is on the main lens side !

Why not to use an 180F or a 210F lens? I have the option for the 240F but I want to know why, I am using an 5.5 4k display I am going with the 300W led a circle one at 28mm and I am trying to find out what frensel lens and what lens to use on aliexpress I see the 210F lens and the 180F say 5/5.8 and also a lot of frensel plus help me
you can you a pair of 7 inch fresnal for this project and a 210f main lens.
I got a budget fhd projector, ls 418 which is working fine now, i have a old Sony xz premium mobile, it's lcd resolution is 4k, iam planning to extract the lcd from that mobile and install it on the budget projector, will that work, or sld i need to upgrade the led source also. Present brightness is around 500 ansi lumens, Please guide me thanks 🙏
higher the pixel density more light beam is needed. for fhd screen a 3000lumen led light source is enough. but for 4k you wil need higher lumen .. say 8000 to 11000. and also bigger thermal cooler is required.

Did you use reflection mirror between final Fresnel lens and the triplet lens.. to invert the image?

@@xmaxon yeah I know that.. but when you are using bi convex lens.. if you inverse the lcd.. the image will be straight but if any letters or words they will be displayed in reverse. Is Flipping which you mean inverting lcd and the side too? Or triplet lens is different from biconverse lens?

in lcd light is passing through the pannel . so we want lcd pannel without backpanel. i will recommend you to buy without backpanel because, the lcd screen is very fragile. but the seller will keep the removed backlight in the box.

you can use 7inch fresnel lens, fl is the distance between the led and fresnel, 120mm from the led, and 180 frm the main lens, also you should keep 1.8cm in between the lcd and both fresnel

no , incandescent can heat up more quickly. so the lcd in this could burn out. and also the colour tone of incandescent may be more warmer so the picture will ne yellowish

without Fresnel lens the image will be blur. objective of Fresnel lens is to make the light more evenly on alla edges. now its very hard to get fresnel lens.

yes both lcd works fine both are having same diagonals.

native resolution is the lcd's resolution which we use inside the projector. so if you use a FHD lcd it would be FHD native. if its 2K then the native will be 2K and so on.

@@XBOT I used a software to calculate projected image size with 5.5 inch lcd and 240 fl triplet lens at distance of 10 feet. I got result of 72 inch screen size. How come you are getting such big image. Kindly reply.

it depends, normally it ranges form 125mm to 130mm . slight adjustment should be needed

may be 1mm. i mounted the lens in top of led with the holder .

yes you will lose most of the light and also you couldn't focus the output image. its better to mount on top without any gap, so that full light beam could enter the lens

bro , it depends bcus for me for lcd with mipi board it cost me 13k₹ 4 years back. but now it only cost 5000. like that all the parts price are low compared to 2015 , try to buy the parta i listed in the description, because it is good quality its tested and working perfectly now.
