Love your videos and the narration! You know what you're talking about. NYC amazes me! I live in the Phoenix metro area. If a fire like this broke out in Phoenix, the public wouldn't be able to get within a half-mile or more of the scene. In NYC, there are people walking on the sidewalk across the street!

Good video, a basement fire is very dangerous, the stairway down into the basement acts like a chimney, the heat and smoke meet the firefighters head on. In some buildings, the stairway is the only way to the basement.
