They're not really experts because they didn't take into account how much the refs can dictate the outcome by purposefully inconsistent refereeing. They didn't see the potential of how badly that would F over the Wolves. I did. And I predicted the league would do that after game 2, with all the decisions they were giving in Denver's favor (no suspension for Murray, scheduling a 4 game break between games 2 and 3 which is the longest I've ever seen in mid-series break), and the disparity in T's given, or not given, in games 1 and 2... which just can't be explained rationally.

The fact that both Murray and Malone got literally no consequences - not elections, not suspensions, not T's - for the combination of throwing a towel, then a heating pack onto court during live play, and running out onto the court pointing and screaming in a refs face... all of that simply can't be explained rationally.

Well, the silver lining in this disastrous effort was the fact that they acknowledged they never came close to playing their best to the game, and that they didn't play up to their abilities.
Saying that about themselves regarding Game 3, and playing their best in Game 4, are two different things.
Minnesota HAS to know they can't go back to Denver at 2-2.
They must win game 4, which will give them a Game 6 opportunity to close out the series, if they should come out flat again in Game 5.

The main adjustment I really liked, was that they allowed Gordon to bring the ball up the floor more. This was a huge difference, because Murray was getting picked up full court and wasting 10 seconds from the shot clock just trying to get past the half court line. Because of this it seemed like Denver’s offense flowed a lot better.

Great job Nuggets for adjusting. Nuggets played smart, cautiously, they were thinking on every play, being aware of Wolves. They tightened the D and Wolves didn't shoot well. I thought Twolves still played good defense.
