It's kinda silly of me, but my favorite card in this collection is Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon. The card doesn't do anything nowadays, but the fact that is a Ghost Rare makes me happy for Konami still care for this old cards, even if it's just for nostalgic purposes.
It's completely Konami's fault for still failing to make Blue-Eyes Fusion a decent strategy.
All they had to do was treat "Ultimate Fusion" as "Polymerization", that way Blue-Eyes Abyss can search it during the End Phase.
Or make it like Red-Eyes Fusion and let you fuse materials from the deck, even if it was only for the original Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, but gave you something like target protection.
I am happy True Light and Jet Dragon are pretty cool Blue-Eyes cards, but they missed the ball with Ultimate Fusion. Even making it Quick-Play means you can't activate it the turn it was set from True-Light.
Even shuffling back dragons in the GY hurts, plus you can't reshuffle banished like Cyberload or Thunder Dragon Fusion.
The best way to summon BEUD is with Fists of the Tenyi under Skill Drain. Gee, thanks for the useful fusion support Konami...

Just opened my first box. 5 packs in and pulled a Blue-eyes Ultimate Dragon ghost rare!

Unfortunately, the fusion mechanics always kinda sucked (like having to use 3 cards from hand/field just to put one on the field), so they started creating those cards that fusion from the grave/deck as support, and now we have Anaconda, too. But for some reason, Blue-Eyes never had a fusion card as decent as Red-Eyes, or even Thunder-Dragons. Possibly because of the historic of problems this type of cards usually bring to the game, but who knows. I wish, though, that Konami did something similar to BEUD to what they did to the original Black Luster Soldier, that doesn't have any effect, but know gains the effects of it's ritual material supports.
I’m absolutely in love with this set. Ghost rates are so incredibly clean. I just love them. I’d love to pull a ghost rare winged dragon of ra. Love your videos man. I truly truly appreciate you. You are the reason I started playing yugioh.

The dark magician girl as a ghost rare is to be one of my favorites if I can get my hand on it. The dazzlement of the artwork compliments our favorite Dark Magician Girl 👍
I just pulled a Winged Dragon of Ra Sphere Mode on my second PACK ever pulling for Ghosts from the Past 2 and I was so shocked!!! Never even pulled ONE ghost rare from the first Ghosts from the Past. Great video as always. 🔥💯🤝
This set is pretty amazing, considering there’s reprints for days and tons of fun imports as well. My favorite card has to be Decode Talker Heatsoul. The amount of pluses you get off of this card is pretty great
Question. How many times can you activate the draw 1 card for 1000 LP effect per turn?
@@frostythekrowman usually like 6-7 before you can’t, but it’s still a draw 1 every turn, the game shouldn’t usually last as long as that though since you make Accesscode to kill them turn 3
Also the effect is only a once per turn each turn
Technically speaking an import would be an actual foreign card shipped from another country but i get what ur saying.

The cyber dragon ghost rare is going to hold a special place in my heart, it’s the first archetype I dedicated to learning in master duel, plus Zane was just too cool in GX

GFTP2 definitely has better reprints than the first! Really glad Crystron Halqifibrax was reprinted in this set. Imagine having a play set of Blue-Eyes White Dragon Ghost Rares. That would be insane!
This set is really great in terms of what you can get alternatively from a ghost rare. My favorite ghost rare might be BLS just because he is so OP and great in that foil rarity. Also, I think and synchro ghost rare is badass because of the silver on white just really slaps.
Favorite card from this ghosts box has to be (other than the obvious blue eyes being so iconic lol) sanctuary in the sky! The key piece to the first deck I ever played in a tournament with when I was kid. Very good memories tied with that.

My first deck was the original Kaiba starting deck. Carried me throughout my primary school years and so Blue Eyes will always be that nostalgic, childhood memory card for me. To pull that card would be as you say, 'absolutely phenomenal'.

I think the Blye Eyes is my favorite ghost. Every time they reprint that art work I try to get a copy, just reminds me of my first yugioh product being 2002's Starter Deck Kaiba.

I love how Konami says there’s twice as many odds to pull a ghost rare yet I’ve only seen a few people pull one so far in several cases too. I’m a little hesitant to buy a display for that reason, because knowing my luck I won’t pull one. But hey hopefully next time Sam unboxes it he pulls one.

My favorite out of it is definitely ghost Red Dragon Archfiend. I run and made a red dragon deck from scratch and I’m in LOVE with it! If I’d pull one I’d freaking DIEEE!
Finally getting some of my favorite cards reprinted, the Vision HERO engine was way too expensive. Lots of nice rarity upgrades for D/D/D cards. Neos Kluger finally imported…… without a Wiseman or Yubel reprint.
The deck box that’s being released looks phenomenal . The color and details is amazing. My favorite ghost print has to be ancient fairy dragon because it’s the first one I’ve seen in real life. Not to mention ancient dragon is a beast
I think the majority of the ghosts are bangers, but outside the Aluber, I really want to build Plunder Patroll from this set. I like when they make these sets and give solid reprints!

Favorite Ghost Rare definitely has to be Cyber Dragon. I've always loved Cyber Dragon as an archetype and Zane has always been my favorite character from GX. Red Dragon Archfiend is a very close second, but I definitely love Cyber Dragon more. Btw, Jörmungandr is pronounced Yore-mun-gahn-durr, sounds cooler too :)

Really like Masterflare Hyperion. The Agent archetype is so dope, I'm glad they're giving em some cool additions.
The set seem pretty cool, my favorite card from this set is Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon Overload. I got introduced to Yu-Gi-Oh when pendulum monsters released and I'm loving the link monsters in the set as well.

My favorite card that got more options in this set is fossil fusion. It’s an archetype that I loved from the anime and I play an adamancipator fossil fusion deck in master duel.
Looking to make a Despia deck so I'm really looking forward to that Dramaturge and Aluber for sure. Heavenly Spheres too for my eventually Dragonmaid deck
I think the dark eye of timaeus is probably my favorite card, brings back the good vibes of watching the anime back in the day, the waking the dragons arc was awesome.

My favorite card has always been Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, ever since it was introduced in the Duelist Kingdom series ~20 years ago. That easily takes the cake as my favorite of the set, especially being GH.

Brute Enforcer is kinda cool, quite an accessible removal with an interesting balancing mechanic.

I love this set cause it brings back old cards and alot of reprints however my fav card is quintet magician from here because my first deck i started with coming back into the game was dark magician and it was cause of my friend that i came back. so playing quintet just reminds me of the bond we have cause it fusioned using multiple spellcasters

I've quit yugioh around 2012, at that time i was playing an Agent-Herald deck ... i'm now getting back into the game and i'm obsessed with this set! so i guess for the nostalgia and the AMAZING artwork i gotta pick as favourite card "The Agent of Judgment - Saturn". The ultra reprint in this set is truly amazing.
