Last time I brought the Cheesecake Bars which are also on this channel but they didn't have a refrigerator to store them (they were fine). This seems a bit more durable so I'll try it. Like many others suggested I'm going to sub the dried fruit for chocolate chips. I make my regular-size cheesecake with chocolate crust (made of crushed oreos) and chocolate chips, so imagine this will be fine. For people wondering about the lemon juice I usually add it because it " brightens " it and adds another layer of flavor, even if you're using chocolate.
I love all your recipes but could you do a tutorial on how you always line all of your pans perfectly with parchment paper? I'd love to know, I have the worse trouble with trying to line my pans!
