If you miss rotation and dont get 60 stacks you use surge with out it or you stack up to 60?
Always stack up to 60. If you play properly then you should never need more than an extra set of surprise attack + windcut

its the rotation i do for every video, sometimes it changes depending on the situation, but just watch any of my videos in slowmo and you'll see the rotation
Wind Cut > Z > Surprise Attack > Maelstorm > Wind Cut > Earth Cleaver > Turning Slash > Blade Dance Blitz Rush
If you dont miss any skill this will get you 60 stacks
can i ask what u think suld be 5th engr on my 5x1 build i think about KBW or RC im already on KBW but i kinda feal low surge dmg

im a DB main and i just cant perform that well on the class. after the rework they increased her cieling and lowered her floor, making more aveage DBs do way less DMG that other average performing classes.
i really love the class and i've been playing it since launch, it's my main , but i feel like this isnt the class for me anymore
yeah its definitely one of the highest skill cap classes in the game currently, that being said you can still do decent damage if you practice, it takes more effort than other classes for sure though

It isn't balanced on someone with hands thats for sure. All the db's I see are ass LMAO. I got decent hands and I still can't pull off what this guy is doing he is truly one of the best dbs.

But more giga Chad is his support, ofc my guy goat but big part of his dmg comes from his amazing supp, you can even see every surge that he lands have AP, brand and even identity
