A dark grey gli that was lowered and had some killer wheels on it passed me with aftermarket exhaust got me here. It sounded amazing and looked pretty cool

Sounds really good. I just recently changed my exhaust to the Magnaflow catback system. I'm not really liking it. Too much drone with the down pipe. And the tone is too deep. Creates more rattles. Did you remove the rear resonator and just have the glass pack? I'm on APR stage 2 and don't even get the DSG farts. Lol. I'd like to get more info of your setup. Thanks. Nice video.
it is 3 inch piping all the way back. USP downpipe to normal catalytic converter and small canister style muffler (straight through design). I am thinking you should if you switched to this. No stock parts on left on the exhaust portion.

Red run in ephrata supplied them i just said a smaller loud aggressive muffler and that’s what they put on!

I actually think the awe tuning track edition exhaust sounds much better, especially upon takeoff. Also... allot easier to do peelouts with a manual tranny😀

My experience with Unitronic VS hearing about others complain with APR id say Unitronic. But both have positive and negative reviews so go with your favorite ! Do a little research and pull the trigger! Hope that helps.

It is a normal catalytic converter to canister muffler smallish looks like a glass pack but its silver. It is full 3 inch exhaust with a USP down pipe!

What exhaust system is this?
3 inch all the way back. USP downpipe to custom ss piping with a normal catalytic converter and small canister style muffler (basically straight through). So essentially straight from the cat back but emissions in PA requires some sort of visible "muffler". Hope this helps :)

Nope it is a canister sized glasspack (smaller than a 6 inch) they used it specifically for no sound muffling but being able to pass inspection just like I told them :)

@@Mateusofchrist the vw DSG is one of the best shifting crisp autos you can get. but manual is cool too! I own a mk6 gti with DSG and tuned this thing feels amazing
What exhaust is it?
It is a full 3 inch exhaust... USP downpipe to high flow cat to a small canister size muffler (branded as glasspack) towards the very end on the tips. It is also shown here 13:53

All I care is to hear how well the exhaust sounds, does the turbo sound like it's breathing better, I wanna see if the pressure in the manifold handles good, was the intake worth putting on, which cars work better with a muffler delete, cat-back or straight pipe and how it affected the horsepower? I wanna hear about the parts they used.. bushings, cam shaft, brass pins, sway links, all of that. I want to know what they did to the engine if any mods on it, were they able to build it to Stage 2 or 3 despite the warranty and not have problems...THAT is the stuff I love to watch. I wanna see engine swaps and the whole nine.
