Wagner wouldn't allow the ship captain or Walken to switch on the search lights to scan the waters for Natalie. Then kept the captain captive at Wagners house for 'months' afterwards, not allowing him out. So he is at least guilty of false imprisonment, yes, and obstructing a life saving search, yes. and to that extent as a result of such obstruction, probably the unlawful death of Natalie Wood. Thats not even factoring in the proposed idea that he killed her with his bare hands before throwing her body overboard, and releasing the raft to give an impression that she was trying to tie it up and fell in, or left the boat in defiance, or whatever storey he is content with existing on. So why dont the LAPD arrest this old man for false imprisonment, and unlawful death?.

Then why haven't you seen LAPD seeing you seem to have the events laid out here were you there by your account if all this happened why didn't you save her

@@patbest7057 People base their assessments on what is presented to police and the public, by witnesses, and people who knew RW such as Natalies sister, and the main witness the ship captain who could not remain complicit any longer to RWs coercion. I make my assessment based on the stated events from the trip, and that night. Plus the captains eventual need to unburden himself of Robert Wagners 'narrative' imposed on him that day and enforced months thereafter under 'detainment' under guard at RWs house (nothing abnormal about that..Kidnapping..) and past behaviours of RW. and the fact that Natalie died. She died one of two ways. By accident, or by RW. I go with the latter. ( Even if we say no to RW beating her and throwing her off the boat. RW then stopped the others from switching on the searchlight. Told them, no and to 'wait. Wait. while Natalie is somewhere in the shark infested ocean at night. Wait for what?) whatever the answer to that is. It creates a case for an unlawful death charge at the very least. Check out this excellent podcast on the subject, which opens up even more cracks in the facade of RW podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-mysterious-death-of-natalie-wood/id1539095797. of course this needs a trial, so that it can all be seen in the cold light of day in law. Of course RW hides in his Aspen home ignoring requests by police to be questioned again. Shuffling around the halls in his yellow embossed slippers. Living the facade. But even his closest friends must have a shadow of doubt. How could they not. As to your last question. Why didn't I save her?. The laws of physics prevent that. Plus, if you've even been on the receiving end of someones extreme rage, anger , contempt, that lay just under the surface and can be ignited by some inconsequential (to everyone else) thing. Triggered if you will. Its pretty scary. Two men on that boat did not have the inclination to step in. Its hard to step in front of someones deep seated rage unless you can match it. You want to poke RWs facade. Maybe he felt undermined by other men who were in Natalie's life, and were not hiding secrets about their sexuality?. Based on what i heard in the podcast.

she had water in her lungs, hence the cause of death being drowning. So she couldnt have been dead before going in the water. Plus the witness on a nearby boat hearing a woman screaming that she was drowning. Why do so many of you think you know more than police and investigators?

He may not have physically murdered his wife but due to his actions, it created the sequence to Natalie's demise.

I just watched the new special on Natalie Wood's life & death, I'm not convinced of RJ's innocence. At one point in the interview he unsuccessfully tried squeezing out tears. Ms Woods was deathly afraid of "dark water", her untimely death makes absolutely no sense.

What happened that night to Natalie Wood this will always be the puzzle! What happened to get her off the boat in her nightie socks with no underwear! Why did he do it? Because he walked away what happened in that fight between C. Wolker and Wagner and Wood who had already been drunk ended up in the room to continue arguing! Then how did she end up on the dinghy ending up in the water having as everyone knows terror of water not knowing how to swim! What a yellow, what a death that ensued gives that entourage between three people with too much alcohol in their body is hidden relationships and jealousy!Poor wonderful young beauty called Natalie Wood who left us too early in the prime of a maturity (43 years old) that made her charming intense inresistible at all times so Viva!

It surely appears that he did. If the newest evidence were allowed to come forward, showing that she was battered and bruised, the slightly recanted testimony of the boat's captain, and Christopher Walken to explain the full story of their "just friends " relationship, and why he was on the boat that night, justice would finally be served.
