- at the end of the rainy season in 2022 I did a surfing trip to the island of lombok with my friends, the condition of the waves and the weather in lombok was so good, I didn't forget to climb the hill to see the waves and see the Mandalika GP race track.

Hahaha so glad I went there in the early nineties and the last time in 2000. Waiting for the world to collapse. Don't recognise it today but I just hope everyone that experiences it today enjoys it. We walked into deserts and it was amazing 8ft of plastic and rubbish on the beach. The waves made it all. Flip

Aaah I forgot the name of the hotel, but I prefer you stay at hotel than homestay at kuta lombok ✌🏽

With fast boat i think just 2 hours from bali

U ever been to uluwatu? Nyang nyang area? How do you compare Lombok to this. For surfing etc
Im from pecatu, uluwatu bingin nyang nyang and other spot in bukit is my playground. For surfing i every place is good in good timing for the wind tide and swell, I can't compare to much about surfing in bali to other place because every spot they have their own magic waves.

Which area would be the best to live in full time in your opinion?
@@A1080-2 nyang nyang is good more quiet, just don't stay from single fin until padang padang so much going on in the night right there hahaha and make sure you don't stay close to the main road 🤙🏽
