- Kaitlyn loves the Incredicoaster at Disneyland, it is her new favorite ride. She watched people launch for a while and was jumping out of her skin to ride. The new gopro hero 7 black does an amazing job at stabilizing the video. Video was shot with a handheld grip and is straight from the camera, no post processing.

@@HypeFox she did not cry, she loved it. Just enough scare to make it really fun.
I will give her some credit, for how young she is, she is really brave! I would scream sooo much, probably close my eyes too!

She has always been our daredevil when it came to rides but I was nervous to take her on it. once we got off she immediately wanted to go watch them launch and wanted to get back in line.

I love the incredicoaster and I remember the first time I went on it was a couple of weeks ago and I did SINGLERIDER. I was so scared

So awesome. The best thing about these rides is overcoming the fear we have of them. Very brave young lady.
We haven't found one yet she doesn't want to ride. She doesn't always want to ride again but she is always willing to try.
My sister is going to bring me to California Adventures this Sunday only if I go on this ride, and I got to say, she is pretty brave for her age! The last time I went I screamed and closed my eyes. She gave me more confidence to go.
You can do it and she will love it. Our daughter absolutely loves the Incredibles so the theme helps a ton.

That’s how I reacted to Slinky Dog Dash in Hollywood studios Orlando. It was my first roller coaster ever :), She is too brave.

Last time i was there, it was named California Screamin'.... I'm glad they rethemed it to a Pixar ride cause the theme is Disney afterall... I'm going there in June so i can't wait to ride it!! your daughter was so brave!! at first i couldn't tell if she was crying or not! I was always afraid of the loops...
It was a range of emptions she went through. Have fun! It is a great ride after the retheme. Wait for the smell of the cookies!

the thing is, this was my very first launch coaster and i was screaming on the top of my lungs every second.
It is a good one to be the first launch coaster because at least you can focus some on the theming and sound

She's a brave girl. I'm literally the biggest ride wimp in the world, and I wanna get over my fear of coasters. I've read reviews from people that people were initially scared of IncrediCoaster, but then ended up loving it, and it actually helped them get over their fear of coasters! I hope this happens to me too!
This is a pretty big one. She watched it for a long time but she is kind of a daredevil. Big thunder mountain might be a better one to start with. The end of incredicoaster gets a little intense but it is worth it.
@@drrockf4d I was thinking of starting with this one to get me over my fear of drops? But you think BTM might be the best one to start off with right? I chickened out of Seven Dwarfs Mine Train three times last time I was in Florida, gotta do that one next time!
@@callmecharlottex seven dwarfs is a very smooth ride with lots of theming. Your best bet is probably focus on the themes and scenery. Big thunder is a bit scary but not because of the drops, more the action. On regular hill coasters don't sit near the front if the drop scares you. In the back you won't dangle over, once about a third of the train clears the top it will pull you over. Big thunder has the locomotive on the front you can focus on. When you look at them they are pretty short for thrill rides but feel taller because of the scenery disney adds. They hide the lift hills well with themes.

@@callmecharlottex the chain lift slowly pulling the train to the top of the hill type. The incredicoaster is a launch coaster so no lift up the hill.

Our daughter asks all the time if it is open so we can go back. Unfortunately we have to keep telling her no. Can't wait to go back some day

That ride is so fun
It is a decent roller coaster but the theme with the sound in the seats makes it a lot of fun.

We found that focusing on the sound and theme helps Kaitlyn. The more teeming the better. Took a lot longer until she would go on just a plain roller coaster.

It is a smooth roller coaster until the last spiral. Focus on the theming and it is fun.

The photo location sneaks up on you because it is in the really tight turns so half the time we are not making a good face

I’m 10 lol I rode it and it’s a great roller coaster! I though I would be scared of the loop ( I had never been on one with a loop ) but the only scary part was the first drop cause like I’m so tiny and my butt was flying if the seat XD

Lol I was 8 when I went on without this and the loop scared me, it felt like I had a bloody nose for at least 2 secs, but since I see this it makes me wanna go back on (this was 3 yrs ago btw)

It is a lot of fun, Kaitlyn absolutely loves this ride. We have to stand on the pier and watch them launch for 20 minutes while she counts down with each train.

Thats because if your head is leaning foward too much, than the g forces can push your head down really hard and give you a sore neck, this is one of the reasons why they say "head back" , face foward, and hold on. The other reason is so people dont slam there heads on the launch

drrockf4d ok, but im okay with the safety the problem is whenever the drop comes i get the feeling in my stomach. Thats why im scared of roller coasters i dont like the feeling
@@flaremations2693 if you go to disney world ride 7 dwarfs, it is a really smooth roller coaster without large drops. The mine train at both parks doesn't have large drops and great theming that you can focus on. The disney rides have great theming that you can focus on unlike other parks where the thrill is all the ride.

They didn't take it down, just re-themed it. Seems like not much California left in California Adventure. Maybe they will rename the park after marvel land opens.

It isn't for everyone, our daughter is a daredevil but riding it 2 times close together was a bit much for our stomachs.
