Are you tired of constant sewer line clogs? If you are experiencing issues on a regular basis, the problem may not be debris buildup or tree roots. You might have a sag in the sewer line, a separation, collapse, or even a crack in one or more areas.
If your sewer line is even partly collapsed, you might notice your water draining very slowly. A small amount of water might pass through now but eventually the drain will become more sluggish until no water can pass at all. A collapse can be caused by the situations above or from deterioration.
A fully-collapsed line will be obvious. Your drains will get clogged and will constantly back up. More often than not, waste water will escape and leak into your yard, creating a smelly and unhealthy mess.
When the issue is isolated to one small section of the line, a repair can be done to that small part of the line as long as the rest of the line is functional and in good condition. Repairing a small, targeted area can be resolved quickly at a much lower cost.
When it comes to helping with big or small sewer issues, Sewer Surgeons provides what is called “Trenchless Sewer Repair, Replacement and Relining”. New technological advances have allowed experts to create this better approach to underground sewer and water pipe installation and repair. In the old days, the extensive digging/excavation (needed for processes like sewer line installation) caused huge disruptions, and real safety concerns. They were very time-consuming as well. It’s a more cost-effective, cleaner and more efficient way to repair sewers. It allows us to install, repair and replace pipes from sewer lines, natural gas supply lines and even water mains. You will be amazed at how beneficial the trenchless sewer pipe repair technique is compared to the original, time-worn sewer excavation. Systems like pipe bursting, pipe coating, pipe relining, pipe restoration, pipe reconditioning allow homeowners to have cost effective options to consider before they hire the best most experienced contractor for the job.
With only minimal digging or sometimes no digging at all, we can provide professional repair, installation, and replacement for underground pipes of all kinds. Whether it’s a sewer line, water main, or even a natural gas supply line, we use the latest innovations in technology and engineering to our advantage.
Our work comes with a warranty so you will be assured the work is done correctly. You will receive a sewer repair estimate in writing, showing a clear explanation regarding options along with the cost before we even start so that you will know we are upfront and honest about the options and the price.

How does this work where multiple drains join together like shower drain, sink and toilets for multiple bathrooms all cast iron under slab. Plumber tells me relining only works for single straight pipes

Every job varies depending on the length, depth, size of pipe and difficulty involved. But average prices can range from $2,500 to $8,700 for most residential reliining.

HOLY HELL THAT IS EXPENSIVE. It seems less expensive to just rent a jack hammer and run some new pvc. You're running a pretty good scam.

I think we can assume that you have not researched the price of replacing an 80' line to the city main out in the middle of the wide island (called a parkway) 80 ft. away. My line runs directly under a raised curb strip along the edge of the driveway, under the one-way street, under about 20 - 25' of the parkway (50' wide island down the middle of my street), under the tree on the island, out to the main. So, we're talking, breaking up the concrete, digging up the street, digging under a tree (yeah. roots.), making the trench as narrow as possible so as to not break up (and replace) too much of the driveway and city street. Sounds cheap and easy, right? Maybe you could come do it for me! And remake the driveway, too.

Here is a couple of other things u haven’t considered. When Linining pipes under concrete building structures you end up cutting your slab into smaller sections or as I say dissecting your slab into multiple sections and compromising the complete structural foundations integrity along with having to remove all floor coverings , drywall , cabinets and portions of framing . Along with all the concrete dust , mounds of dirt and major demolition to include the fact you would be without plumbing for a unacceptable time frame from start and finish ! With cipp lining u usually only need 1 maybe 2 holes and 1 to 4 days start to finish to complete a trenchless project . May I also have you consider what a company has to invest for all the high end technical equipment that it in tails to master and pull off such a challenging project . I do because I own one of those unique businesses . I can also tell you it’s a no brainer when you put the material and labor cost side by side without even considering the time you would have to vacate your dwelling to physically replace pipe and concrete . Hopefully this will help you understand the difference in the two options . Think on it and I think you might have a little bit better insight .

@@Bandit-dk6kl I had a plumber say that he would charge me $9000 to reline 30 feet from my bathroom to the line outside of my house. That’s ridiculous if you ask me.

@@brendanoren5047 ask for him to camera the line and show you whats wrong and what needs fixing... if the pipe become compromised inside the house or the foundation... you are gonna regret not spending that $9k... youre going to be in the 10-20k range ones the pipe goes.
