- Well that didn't last long, a depleted Jett Lawrence got it done in Thunder Valley as Hunter Lawrence keeps up but Chase Sexton can't make it happen i the 450 class. In the 250 class Chance Hymas announces his presence with authority but it's Haiden Danger Boy Deegan who walks away with the overall win.

Jett's response at Thunder Valley was how a champion responds. It was an impressive performance, and Hunter is looking great as well. Poor Chase ended up doing Chase things though, which was really too bad.
I'm impressed with Hunter, he was a bit iffy in Supercross, looks great outdoors.
Funny thing is Jett wasn’t even at 90%. More like 75%. It’s unreal😅
Deegan would win the 450's at 25%😮

It was actually interesting to see how Jett rode those 2 races. It was like ok ill sit and watch, not panic save the energy for the last 7 mins keep them close and then go time happens and it's over Hunter pushed him all the if he stays there sneaky championship on the books......... Honda looks like it made huge improvements though!

Hymas always had the talent but his Late race fading killed him. Now that they seem to have figured that out the future looks bright for him.
This was one of deegans worse tracks last year. I think he takes the win next weekend, he was fast on that track last year.
That re pass by Deegan on Vialle to win moto one was a defining moment in his career. Clutch.
What if #14 finds his legs, #30 gets on a roll and Hymas finds his race fitness and mongrell and the 🇦🇺Lawrence boys keep on... Honda might just have a roll about to happen

In SX Seth gets blamed for not slowing up because Deegan was 1/2 a bike length in front of him, Deegan does the same move to Vialle and surprise surprise, it's a clinic and the sickest pass of the year! I thought Deegan is supposed to slow up and let Vialle go because he was in front of him, whats that about?!

Jett is pretty impressive. Just think he was probably at 50-60% of his potential at thunder valley. Will be exciting to see if Deegan can evolve to challenge him in the future. Jett will only get better. Deegan is going to be an exciting send it style rider. Exciting days ahead.

I wouldn’t be at all surprised if Deegan wins at High Point as well. He’s fast there. Last year that track was super gnarly and he went from last to 6th his rookie season. He was fast at Washougal, Ironman, High Point, even Unadilla before his bike blew up, Red Bud, and Budds Creek. It would be safe to assume he will get at least 2 more overalls. If he can keep it on the box at the Wick (he’s improved at sand riding a lot) and Spring Creek, this is his title. I’m really impressed with his ability to execute. All of this is new for him to be “The Guy” at the professional ranks. He’s doing a bang up job so far.
Yeah , unless he really messing up he should be on the podium just about every week and he definitely will have a few more overall wins. I think he takes the win at hipoint, that track fit him well last year.
That said I want to see a few more battles like moto 1, that shit had my heart pumping.

Deegan needs some rear view mirrors so he doesn't have to keep looking back instead of ahead. I was pulling for deegan to win the series but it looked like he was having to ride way over his head compared to Vialle and Hymas. We do know he's gonna send it no matter what!

He wasn’t riding over his head lol. That track could catch anyone off guard. He came back and beat Vialle. He was struggling with traction more than anyone else I saw. Second moto he didn’t have to push it. Look at all the good dudes that went down. He wasn’t alone in that.

When you’re going that fast you’re bound to make mistakes. Jett did when he was younger and beginning to assert himself and sexton has pushed the front more times than I can count. But if you want to talk about someone that can’t go through the pack, look no further than Levi Kitchen. He’s your man.
