I bowser kingdom, you actually need to get a story moon for the next one to show up, you have to do everything in order to fight the mecha.
These vids along with the BotW and TotK chat mod videos crack me up regardless of what the content is lol
You didn't break the game via mods, you broke it by attempting to sequence break. the Mech fight doesn't trigger unless you defeat Topper and Harriet, which don't activate until you complete the moon shards island, which you skipped past.

Hi Jaymoji... THEY ADDED NAUTILUS 79 BACK TO SPLATOON 3 FOR FRESH SEASON! You don't have to suffer with Ink Storm anymore, now you have Suction Bomb and Triple Splashdown. God knows why they didn't give it it's Inkjet back, but it's better than the original. (I hope)

You didn't break the game, you just didn't activate the load zones for the final boss. To do that, you would've needed to actually fight the other bosses.

You need to beat the fights in bowser’s kingdom before you can fight the big robot. So the mods were not what was breaking the game.
