as someone with a range from tenor to soprano 1 its easy as long as you can breathe or vocally slide lol
If you are or were in a choir for a few years (3+) or do vocal training or have been practicing singing by yourself it makes it much more easier. A hack I learned by myself is that you need to whistle a lot and do aot of vocal warm ups first thing when you wake up, it helped me a lot. You can also drink a lot of water and look in the mirror and sing the lowest note you sing to the highest note you can do. People say it is pretty bad to do that but I do it anyways.

Carys Evans she did do runs but her voice did crack several times in the cover and there is a difference between cracks and runs. Runs is multiple different notes sung very quickly creating that sort of stagger affect seen really well at 2:54. But early on in the song her voice does crack a few times, whether it was on purpose or not it is still a crack
