Sheila has been great for the Lions. She truly has done everything she can to bring the city a winning culture and a winning team. Cutting the cord on Quinntricia and hiring Chris Spielman as a consultant within a week of the embarrassing Thanksgiving loss showed what she was about. Not being an embarrassment anymore...being a contender.💪🦁💙
She should be treated like a HERO in Detroit after the last 65 years. She has made all the right calls. She is very humble. She is at every game and loved by the players, coaches and now the fans. A co worker was at last years pre season practice open to the public. He said there was a long line of fans wanting her autograph. Awesome for her!! Go Lions!!!
Shiela is a blessing. We attend every home game near the tunnel and I can verify 7080…. Shiela is on the sidelines every home game before it starts. Damn Right we love her. She developed her Noble Cause, hired the people that bought into it, and gave them the freedom to do it, and stepped back in 100% support. 2:27
In Allen Park her office is what used to be the conference between Dan & Brads offices. Make no mistake the big football men are in charge or their stuff. But the little blond is in charge.

Understanding that you don’t need to know everything, you just need to know how to surround yourself with the right people! That is very indicative of the great Henry Ford. That is the foundation on how the Ford Motor Company was built, but forgotten through the generations. Glad it hasn’t died completely!

After Shelia addressed the local media on Ford Field, the Lions have been awesome. I trust in the process Brad and Dan have taken, every draft approving two weakness. Maybe they targeted the two positions going in, or they just let it fall in there lap.

she was already fighting an up hill battle, not only did her family help the lions win. she's a female owner. she cant just walk into a locker room where half the men are naked. she is smart to put her faith in people who know football. she never wavered at her decision and if she had fire coach campbell, it would have been a repeat of the old owners and giving up too early like they did with coach caldwell.
I'm glad you guys are acknowledging Sheila, but i don't think she needs your endorsement. She had a plan and stuck to it. For me, it started with Chris Spielman. He's everywhere but nowhere. If you watch Inside The Den, he's always in the background. I call it leading from the rear.
I was there and thought that was the most disgraceful act ever by the Detroit Fans. I was taking the stand then that she was not a Ford but a Hemp. Nobody gave her a chance... She took the chance and succeeded.

Sheila had nothing to do with the years her parents owned the team.
Sheila took over the team in 2020 and put Quinntricia on a short leash. After Thanksgiving, she was embarrassed enough to fire them before the season ended. Then hired Chris Spielman as an Executive Consultant, because she knew she didn't know everything about football. But she could tap into a great Lions alumni that does. And the dominoes started falling from there.
A style unlike either of her parents, that is showing extremely positive results.
Praising Shelia is like praising Phil Jackson. This is all Brad Holmes. He picked the head coach and had outstand drafts.
