Kenwood TS-820S - Will it work?

I recently took delivery of this Kenwood TS-820S. The previous owner described it as refurbished and in perfect working condition. Watch as I do the first power up to see if indeed that is the case! If not, I'll do what I always do and get it going.

It's not that bad. I've seen far worse. The screen grid caps, cathode resistors etc are mechanically anchored and not moving anywhere. I would have done a much tidier job if it were me. The majority of the radio is untouched/as it was when Kenwood made it which is what I care more about. 110 plus watts on all bands including 10m.

Switch is on 80 mtrs

Can you elaborate what you mean by switch is on 80m? Do you mean the band switch? In my video obviously it was on 40m.
