325 gallon Water tank repair

Fixing a water tank that was given to me. Multiple holes in the side. Fixed with fiberglass.

Hi,. Sanding..... Did you do this prior to gluing the first layer of fibre to the tank? Or just slap it on the grubby plastic? 🤓

Yes, sanded everything down first with 60 grit. Made sure to get everywhere that I was going to put the fiberglass. Then sanded with 120 between layers.
