The worst part about hanging out with yourself is how addicting it becomes. I have to force myself in social situations just to stay sharp but i simply enjoy my own company more. Literally just went to see Deadpool and Wolverine today alone and it was a great time. There used to be a phase in my life where i did everything with my friends but when i was 25 (im 29 now) i started being on my own and havent looked back. You learn who you really are being alone thus gaining ultimate confidence in yourself, ironically making people want to befriend you even more.
This was a powerful video. I’m twice your age, but I love seeing you young cats leveling up and really starting to see the truth within. I found this channel about a week ago, you a good dude with a bright future just stay on this clean, positive path you are on. Did some sun gazing this evening and it felt great. I been grounding s lot especially bc it helps with the pain and inflammation my body has from this surgery. “Nobody gonna see this video” bro I don’t miss a video. Sept I should get it all back but I have no clue what’s gon happen but of course, like always. Time will tell. I be journaling when I feel lonely and it’s honestly very helpful.
Man those car rides in silence are pivotal! Especially being a person that loves music. Silence is imperative for me to process my thoughts properly. Even switching up the type of music I listen to helps as well. Been listening to classical music the last few months and it makes such a difference. I even be in the gym locked in off some Mozart 😂😂
