This test has not been done properly. The fans on the radiator are not on a fan curve, you can see it at 4:00, the "AIO fan controller" item is greyed out, because "Auto Tuning" hasn't been performed yet in the ASUS software. This means, the fans don't ramp up at high temperatures, invalidating the entire results. This AIO would perform better if set up correctly.

Autotune is there for extra finetuning if you need it, for sure the AIO will perform differently if I use that or use lowest fan setting or highest fan setting. This is why im showing you exactly what settings I used so you know how it will perform. The autotune setting will not change things that much.

@@TheTanelChannel So you are sure that the fans on the radiator ramped up properly? Because i know someone that has this AIO and had the problem that the fans on the radiator were not on a fan curve, and the "AIO fan controller" item was greyed out just like in this video. Then he did "Auto Tuning", after which the "AIO fan controller" item became selectable and he could set a fan curve. Only then would the fans speed up under load.

@@Mike500 Yes on the highest fan setting the fans were very loud, as said the auto tune feature just helps to configure the fan to be more precise for your own case setup, if you have bad ventilation etc this feature will test everything and see what works the best.

@@TheTanelChannel Ok, then something else must've been wrong for him initially, making the radiator fans spin at a steady RPM.

@@TheTanelChannel Sorry, i have another bit of criticism, this time hopefully it's valid :)
At 4:20 we can clearly see that the CPU is thermally throttling because it reached close to 100°C. Meaning, the average temperatures you see now are not primarily because of the cooler, they are primarily because of the thottling. Even if you use a tiny Intel boxed cooler with this CPU at unlimited power draw, you would have average temperatures in the high 90°C, but not because the boxed cooler is good, but because the CPU does thermal throttling.
Simply put: The power draw is too high to judge this cooler properly (or any other cooler except maybe custom loops). We know that the 13900K is almost uncoolable when running unlimited, except by the best of the best AIOs and by custom loops. You need a controlled power draw by setting power limits in the BIOS to a value that is the same for all coolers you want to test, let's say 200W. Then you can accurately judge the resulting temperatures, they will reflect the cooler performance. Of course you can have a tower cooler that can't deal with 200W, then you simply say, "not good enough" instead of mentioning the average temps. Because it's clear they are because of thermal throttling again.
So if you test coolers only on the basis of "can they cool the 13900K running without power limits", then of 100 coolers you'd test, you would have 98x "no" and 2x "yes"...

Well, even with core and l2 undervoltaged , 3x360 H150 cooler is on the job but this thing, still peaking at 100 degree in most games.

Hei, see mu ROG PG65UQ monitor. Ainus miinus on, et ventikas on päris lärmakas ja seda pole võimalik välja lülitada. Muidu ideaalne big screen.
