It works as a counter and a extender, during dead calm when someone hits you it will dmg and stun them and the second attack will activate but get this the same dmg they do will reflect back and
this is why I hate stone users, all they do is skill spam and they always win. I can tell you're a highly skilled water user and if your opponent had even a total of 2 braincells in his head, he would have easily beaten you because of how absolutely broken it is. L stone user W Jose
