omg no nono.. they remind me so much of my brother after military lol... in the military, the only thing the guys listened to was girl group songs, and my brother, he saw too much performances that he actually memorized the girl group dances and started dancing in front of me. Had to throw a box of tissue at his head to get that creepy guy away from me🤦‍♀️ And also, idols practice all kinds of dances to get better at it. At least they're much better than my brother

I dont think they dance anymore to new girl-group songs because of how crazy shipping and dating rumours have gotten in kpop unfortunately … but theres still a lot more clips that weren’t included here! Also love the look its everything!!

The reason why they know other k-pop dances so well, is perhaps during their trainee days, it was somewhat compulsory to learn the classics...especially groups from 2nd generation (2004 - 20010)... because that generation managed to bring k-pop to international stardom (note: even before gangnam style, k-pop took over asia and there was quite a load of following from europe,south america, australia & the states)...and these groups at their prime were highly celebrated and many of 2nd generations songs went crazy viral in korea...Imagine gangnam style viral but for the locals, many of these groups managed to create that buzz in korea & even in asia...I bet every young group you see today looked up to some groups of that time...
Some of the groups you see here are many iconic/notable girlgroups that were active back in 2007 - 2015...and during those times, choreography was usually made easy to enable fans to follow & learn...especially during chorus there is always that signature dance move that everybody knows...I can confirm this when i went to a club in korea once, when super junior "sorry sorry", t-ara's "roly poly" & wondergirl's "nobody" song came up...the whole club were gesturing the dance....it was insane....As oppose to k-pop now, many choreos seems to be intricate & detailed..but still amazing tho....bts debuted in 2013, so they basically launched their career at a time when 2nd generation idols were at their peak...so not shocked that they know all of these dances....

Most girl group dances are not sexual. It's just that, for some reason, the dances BTS listened to happened to be the most sexual ones🤣 Also, they wouldn't dance to girl group songs nowadays since shipping is crazy. Before, they used to actually mention girl groups/girl celebs they wanted to get closer too, but now they never say a word abt it. It's kind of the only choice they have now atm, seeing that some crazy fans ruined the whole career of a tattoo artist who tattooed JK's arms just cos she was seen in a restaurant with him afterwards. Literally ruined her career and spammed her instagram with horrible comments. Some fans can really be crazy.

The person that Jin was next to was Ken from VIXX. Him and Jin hung out a lot. If you've seen that clip of Jin snowboarding the person he's with is Ken. I wouldn't agree that girl group dances are more sexual. the girl groups that had sexy dances that you saw (AOA, 4minute, SIstar, EXID) have had their choreo banned at points and deemed unbroadcastable, while male groups with sexy choreo got a pass. It's not as bad now, but in the late 00s and early 10s, it was constantly a thing.
