Molten choco lava cake
ingredients
Chocolate Lava Cake-
For 4 lava cup cakes
Ingredients -80 grams dark chocolate
40 grams butter
powdered Sugar 10 grams
Maida 10 grams
Eggs 1..
Melt chocolate and butter on a double boiler or in microwave..
Cool the chocolate till room temp then add eggs and beat well, mix in sugar and maid and pour in greased and dusted moulds and bake for 5 to 7 min at 200°
do not over bake
