Brendan Fry the reading order goes HOUSE OF X then POWERS OF X for the first two issues. then it’s POWERS OF X#3 then HOUSE OF X # 3&4, the latest book is POWERS OF X #4.
From there it’s back to the back-and-fort order

Daryl-Rhys Taylor they don’t hate the x-men because they have powers. they hate the x-men because they’re MUTANT. not human. whereas every other group including the f4 and avengers are still human and don’t pose the threat of human extinction.

He's a supremacist. His and apparently also Professor X's ideology will lead to oppression sooner or later. Because no matter how many times they say it, their nature is human and we know how humans work.
One gene that gives them superpowers doesn't override their nature except for one or two exceptions (when the superpower is that they think/feel differently)

Just because you might want to know, a cuckoo is the name for a family/type of bird. The "u" is pronounced with an "ooo" sound like the one found in the word "cool". Hope that helps.
I haven't read a single Marvel comic in over 12 years, they lost me after Civil War, I've read a lot of great things about House of X so, maybe it's time to dive back in, at least with this series.
There's literally no legitimate argument against mutant genocide at this point.

I don't think he said that they were introduced in this run. That said, it seems like he personally isn't familiar with them though. The way he kept pronouncing their name as "Cuck-koos" instead of "Coo-Coos" made me cringe.

My theory is that Xavier has been cloning the X-Men ever since he began the X-Men and that the original X-Men has died years ago. This cloning technique explains as to why the X-Men behaves erratically. Ex. Scott leaving Maddie Pryor and his son, Emma Frost switching alliances, Jean keeps on reviving, Iceman dating women then being revealed as gay later on, etc.
That or the X-Men depicted in issue 3 are disposable clones of the original X-Men, while they chill in Krakoa.
