I initially gave a thumb down until I saw the second part.
The main message of this song is g o l d e n ⭐. I'm so glad that a content creator is finally voicing out the importance of empathy when connecting with the older generation (especially during CNY)! Your song even gives us examples of how to turn awkward questions into positively affirming conversations, all while rocking awesome music, hilarious lyrics, and crazy MV aesthetics. School me any day, Ann & Ben 😊

While they might say something that sound rude , try to understand where they are coming from and work to bridge that gap rather than admonished them for a communication style that is a product of their time. They are trying to connect with you while feeling increasingly disconnected and alienated in this rapidly changing times. So try a little empathy! And definitely don’t channel your frustrations with something stupid like a clap-back-comedy-sketch-parody song that cost too much money ….
