I love freeruning! It's one of my favorite sports. One day I'm going to be playing Assassin's Creed and I'm going to see these guys throwing daggers at people in the game lol! Tell these kids to keep up the good work!
Best part of the video is the coach at 53 seconds (and other times) who is spotting those kids like they are his own! Kudos to you, sir!

I've been doing parkour since I was three I have a lot of experience in skills but also in failure and injuries and I was reading in the comments and some of you were saying that you didn't have a teacher but either did I and I realised that if you really put your time and effort into what you do then five years later you'll be unstoppable
