It's different, for sure, but edrums have come a looong way over the past 10 years. I remember them really sucking back in the day. This kit (Roland TD27KV2) feels great, especially the cymbals and snare. The toms are probably the weakest part due to the single sensor in the middle creating a hot spot. And I'd prefer a bigger kick drum (although this one feels fine).
