A 2-day trip to Amalfi resulted in three videos, but only a few focused on restaurant recommendations. The filming times were fragmented, but we researched and planned extensively for the restaurants and food we featured. Even though some plans didn't materialize due to the schedule, it felt like our efforts were wasted if we didn't share the experiences. So, no matter what, I need to find time to make the videos to help everyone.
The two restaurants I introduced in Amalfi are moderately priced. The lemon risotto and pasta have a refreshing lemon aroma and a slightly sour taste. Many people order seafood, but online recommendations often highlight lemon dishes. Indeed, even after returning to Taiwan, I still remember this unique dish found only in Amalfi. The other place offers street food with non-greasy fried seafood, which is quite rare. Although the menu was difficult to understand, the staff were kind and explained it to us. We went to this restaurant twice because it was convenient to bring back to the hotel, paired with red wine while watching the sunset - truly blissful.
