And at the time of leaving the pg they will take months to return the deposit and also deducts around 2500 for one person. Food is kind of worst. For every problem manager tells to create ticket. And ticket will be closed without solution also. DON'T TAKE ROOM IN COLIVE PG.
I booked a room for myself in colive jayanagar. They charged me ₹4k for booking, ₹24k deposit and 21k monthly rent. They told me that the ac and electricity bill is included in the rent itself, is it true? Should I take some other pg or go agead with colive
i never lived in colive PG but when i did a thorough research in internet, after reading lot of reviews, i came to conclusion exactly what u said. Also one more thing, i heard is that when u leave, they also wont give the one month advance money u pay and u have to raise a ticket for which there wont be response and u have to follow up multiple times without a result.
no matter how much hype you try to create endpoint is its a luxury jail. Most of the hotels and PG don't have any balcony where ppl can breathe fresh air. Light air is insufficient. how long a person can stay in a jail. you only get a small window. Moreover food is not there. who will take burden of cooking after spending 10hrs in offc + bangalore traffic. I would rather prefer to go to a decent PG which is near my work location, good food, a balcony and no headache. I am ready to pay 2k-3k extra for that.
@@ShahiVlogs20_15 re shriman kya aapne thik se research kiye ho kya room rent ke bare mein?? by the way, presently mein Bangalore me yehi hun or apartment mein hi rehta hun..aapne jo bhi bataya hein na specially for private rooms woh sab mil jati hai 16-20k mehi except woh split bed features..ha! mujhe sikhane chala hai..
