@@Nyenty but bought in FULL price by amazon music which they paid 3 million to sell Gaga’s BTW album for 99 cents on their platform since she was undoubtedly the biggest pop star on the planet from 2008-2013 and amazon knew that using gaga’s name was a great way to promote their platform.

Just so everyone is aware. I believe The Fame and The Fame Monster(deluxe) numbere are combined and is labeled The Fame on the the charts. The Fame Monster is just the basic version numbers.
So ur saying that The Fame in the charts is basically The Fame Monster deluxe version (TFM and TF combined) and The Fame Monster on the charts is just the original 8 songs?

Billboard stated on an article in 2009 that “the individual single disc of The Fame Monster debuts at number 5 on the Billboard 200 with 174,000 sales while the double disc deluxe edition, which includes the original The Fame, moves up from number 34 to number 6 with sales of 151,000 copies.”

@@kcue9466 yesyes, but in the charts, the original EP doesn't really show up because people are buying/playing the game monster deluxe, which has both the fame and tfm in the deluxe version. In the charts, when u see the fame, it's either the fame album or the fame monster deluxe with the fame songs in it, but it's labeled as the fame. When u see the fame monster it's only the normal EP with the 8 songs, but it doesn't chart as well because most pple buy/play the deluxe version which is labeled the fame.
Remember when Gaga fans were saying she was wasting her time with a Star is born and that shallow would flop and she should go back to pop yet that soundtrack ended up being her most successful project since her debut. You memba? I memba

But if you look at longevity and impact with the general public ASIB is ahead of it. And so what if most of its streams are from Shallow a majority of streams from Weeknd’s After Hours are from Blinding Lights does that make it any less of a juggernaut that it is? No

ASIB really was the breath of air her career needed considering The Fame Monster never became has big as The Fame which is definitely a classic, and BTW already was the beginning of her decline. I'm surprised Chromatica lasted this long because she didn't really fought for it. Alice and Sour Candy should have completed the promo. Damn it !
Actually, The Fame was The Fame and The Fame Monster combined, while The Fame Monster was only the bonus tracks. Thats why The Fame did better than TFM, and I feel like BTW was kinda overshadowed by TFM. If she released BTW in late 2011/2012 i think it wouldve done better, it still was super succesful tho!
@@sid_xtic She should have play hard to get after TF/TFM. People were already a bit tired of her during BTW, and when ARTPOP came out it was the straw that breaks the camel's back.
I think Joanne was the real breath of her career.
